Workshop Writing Home

Kanya guides participants to remember their homes as an abstract and physical space of memories, and engages them in exercises of autobiographical writing. This workshop is inspired by Minnette De Silva’s (1918–1998) own writing on her projects and personal life.

This workshop has been curated as part of the Public Programmes of the exhibition ‘88 Acres: The Watapuluwa Housing Scheme by Minnette De Silva’, on view until 7 July 2024. This programme is free and all materials will be provided.
